Hello sir,

I am Abhishek Kalantry, roll no-02 of MBA-1-A...sir todays experience at the activity was really great.. So telling you from the start....i.e at 9:30 we were out of SIMS. So from SIMS to Camp we had to take three different lifts... I and my team-mate Mansi got the lifts easily but we had to change them thrice.. one in front of SIMS, one in front of E-square n lastly one at Shivaji nagar.As addressed by you we were in camp at 10.am. till one whole hour we dint get any job.. We moved to different places in camp and also on M.G.road but we weren't able to trap one.Then on the E-street we finally got work in KAYANI BAKERY at 11.am. This is a famous bakery in Pune.. Mr Rustom Kayani, the owner of this shop was a good persona. At start he told us that he will give only 100 rs for two hours as he told that the lunch break is from 1.pm to 3:30.pm.. so we were like its ok, we will work at some other place afterwards....

SO the main part i.e talking about our work.We were addressed there to sell all the bakery products as and when asked by the customer.The bakery was full of crowd all the time right from 11 to 1. there were 5-6 other guys who were helping us with our work..the atmosphere was really friendly there. they told us where the products are kept as in where are they stored and what were there prices.They taught us how to tie the boxes and pack up the products.It was a real good experience working there..Till two hours continiously we were serving the customers without any break even for a second...we were busy the whole time..At 1.pm Mr. Rustom called us and handed us a hand written certificate and gave us 150 rs each for our work with small cakes which costs rs.10 per cake.He said that he liked our work very much and so a 50rs bonus. we were really glad. After that we tried for other jobs but we dint get them..It was quite disappointing at that stage but we learned a lot today.

Firstly we all learnt to be patient..After searhing for time we got a job.

Secondly we had an idea how to approach people. we visited so many shops and talked with many people.. it was really nice meeting so many people..

We learnt Convincing skills.

And finally we learnt Team Work.
Sir really speaking it was a wonderful project.We learnt atleast the basics of a business.Hope to see such projects in future....
